Widex Hearing Aids
DREAM technology in Widex hearing aids set a new standard in hearing aid performance. There are many reasons hearing aid wearers benefit from DREAM.
If you are an experienced hearing aid wearer, you will hear the difference on the spot. If you are new to hearing aids, then get ready to enjoy hearing many of the sounds you have been missing.
DREAM gives wearers incredibly rich and detailed sound, even in noisy environments like concerts, parties, sports events and movie theaters. Also, DREAM has a unique technology that preserves the human voice so you can hear more words and enjoy conversations. If you have a significant high-pitch hearing loss, DREAM will bring high-pitch sounds like birds chirping or certain speech sounds down to regions that are heard more clearly.
DREAM is available in four Behind-the-Ear models and several In-the-Ear Models, including the nearly invisible CIC. Dr. Bea can help you choose the perfect DREAM for your needs and preferences.
WIDEX ZEN Tinnitus Therapy
Widex DREAM features a Personal Zen – a proven program that can help manage tinnitus or ringing in the ears. It can be customized by Dr. Bea to suit your needs. Zen plays random, chime-like tones that can be used for relaxation and for making tinnitus less noticeable.
WIDEX DEX Assistive Listening Devices
In addition to Widex DREAM hearing aids, the use of Widex DEX assistive listening devices opens a whole new world of sounds for hearing aid wearers.
DREAM hearing aids can be easily combined with DEX assistive listening devices, so you can enjoy watching echo-free television, listening to music or using your mobile phone – all wirelessly. You can also easily connect with FM streaming or a landline telephone with crystal clear sound streaming directly to your hearing aids.
At the heart of the DEX devices are the unique wireless technology, WidexLink. WidexLink allows instant communication between hearing aids, direct connection to external audio devices and coordination and synchronization of data between two hearing aids.
WidexLink is designed specifically for the demands of hearing aids and DEX devices. It uses less power, is extremely fast and works to ensure there is no delay or drop-out of sound.
