Dr. Rachel Spinuzza received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University and her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Nova Southeastern University. Beyond her educational background, Dr. Spinuzza has had the opportunity to volunteer in audiology from the local to the national level, performing hearing screenings at the Special Olympics and advocating for audiology to state legislators on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. Her areas of interest include diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology with expertise in hearing instrument selection and fitting, aural rehabilitation, and counseling.
She has experience with serving both the pediatric and adult populations in the assessment and diagnosis of hearing impairment as well as vestibular assessment. Her passion is to work alongside individuals, as well as their families to find meaningful solutions that will make a positive change in their lives. Dr. Spinuzza is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and loves spending time with her husband, fitness, cooking, hiking, and cheering on her hometown sports team.
