Prepare for your visit...

A credit/debit card will be required to schedule an appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. All appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $200 ($150 for existing patients) to the card on file. All no-shows will be charged $200 to the card on file. A fee of $500 will be charged to the card on file for a surgery cancelled less than 10 days in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
